Position Overview:
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of nonqualified plans and Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI) cases, ensuring optimal workflow and collaborating with key stakeholders. Your contributions will play a significant role in acquiring new clients and ensuring the long-term success of our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between internal teams, Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), and our intermediary distribution partners, focusing on the development of new nonqualified clients.
- Create and compile plan evaluations for prospective clients, including plan design assessments, funding strategy recommendations, and suggestions for participant investment options.
- Foster strong relationships and maintain oversight of clients, intermediary partners, and Relationship Managers (RMs).
- Participate in special projects aimed at improving productivity and enhancing the suite of nonqualified services.
- Consult on nonqualified plan design, including Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI) and Insurance Company Owned Life Insurance (ICOLI).
- Present and educate internal teams and clients on nonqualified products, plan performance, market trends, and funding strategies.
- Coordinate the completion of necessary compliance documentation related to securities placements.
- Work effectively as a self-starter in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Focus on continuous learning and knowledge sharing with colleagues.
- Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance, and active engagement in team projects.
- Safeguard confidential data and adhere to company protocols to prevent unauthorized access and disclosure.

Skills and Experience:
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 licenses are required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retirement services and the COLI industry with direct accountability for client deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Ability to analyze and interpret industry publications, business journals, and regulatory documents.
- Strong written communication skills, including report writing and business correspondence.
- Proven ability to present information effectively to various stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in mathematical concepts using spreadsheet and accounting software.
- CFA and/or CAIA certifications are desirable.
- For remote positions: A stable, quiet virtual workspace and an internet connection of at least 25 Mbps are required. If multiple people are using the same internet connection, a stronger connection may be needed. For call center roles, a direct wired connection to the router is necessary.
