As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities:

• Customize and maintain Salesforce to support sales processes and workflows
  
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  
• Provide training and support to sales staff on Salesforce usage and best practices
  
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  
• Stay updated on Salesforce updates and new features to ensure the platform is utilized to its full potential
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  
• 0-1 year of experience in Salesforce administration or a similar role
  
• Strong understanding of sales processes, analytics, and channel management
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  

Salary: $50,000-$75,000
