Full Job DescriptionOur global financial client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team for the next 3 months, 40 hours/week, onsite in Manhattan, 5 days/week. About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our travel marketing team. This role is essential for supporting key marketing projects, managing timelines, and applying strategies into executional plans. The ideal candidate will also handle special projects and collaborate effectively with team members and various teams across the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.Key Responsibilities:Support marketing projects by assisting in the development and implementation of project plans.Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and align with strategic objectives.Apply business and marketing strategies into actionable execution plans that drive results.Handle special projects as assigned, ensuring successful execution and alignment with overall goals.Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive and effective execution of projects.Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve project goals.Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for stakeholders.Identify potential risks and issues in project execution and propose solutions to mitigate them.Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.4+ years of experience in project management for marketing organizations, email marketing, integrated marketing, or a related performance marketing role.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Proven understanding of marketing metrics and reporting as well as marketing briefs.Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.Proactive self-starter with a demonstrated ability to solve problems and gather information independently, without requiring detailed instructions.Ability to translate strategic objectives into detailed execution plans.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
