Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) to perform and monitor a full range of laboratory testing and research. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for problem resolution, quality control, and required equipment maintenance with minimal supervision. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to patient care and medical advancements in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

~Perform a full range of laboratory testing and research.

~Monitor testing processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.

~Assume responsibility for problem resolution and quality control.

~Perform required equipment maintenance with minimal supervision.

~Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.

~Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory procedures.

Requirements:

~Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field OR 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.

~Must possess one of the following certifications: MLT or CLS.

~Experience with Epic electronic medical records system preferred.

~Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.

~Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

~Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Day shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Compensation:

Salary range: $17 - $26 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
