The Dispensary Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations and overall success of the dispensary. This position is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring compliance, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering an outstanding customer experience. The Dispensary Manager leads a team of Assistant Managers, Dispensary Leads, and Dispensary Associates while working closely with district leadership to implement company initiatives.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of full-scope management experience in retail, hospitality, or sales and is skilled in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
