Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a visionary Director of Therapy to lead and integrate physical, occupational, and speech therapy services across healthcare facilities. This role drives operational excellence, ensures regulatory compliance, and aligns therapy programs with organizational goals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Work Schedule:

Qualifications:
◆Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech-◆Language Pathology (SLP).
◆Licensure/Certifications:
◆Current state licensure in PT, OT, or SLP.
◆Advanced certifications in specialty areas or healthcare management (preferred).
◆Experience: 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in therapy services.
Technical Skills:
◆Expertise in healthcare regulations.
◆Budget management and resource optimization.
Soft Skills:
◆Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication.
◆Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
◆Develop and implement policies/procedures for physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
◆Oversee staffing, recruitment, and retention to build a skilled therapy workforce.
◆Manage budgets and resources to ensure operational efficiency across departments.
◆Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
◆Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational goals.
◆Lead patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
◆Foster interdisciplinary teamwork and evidence-based practice.
◆Represent therapy services in organizational and community engagements.
