With Intelligence is recruiting a team of highly motivated Data Research Analysts to join our new Data Operations base in Sofia, Bulgaria.

As a Data Research Analyst , you will play a crucial role in our Data Operations by sourcing, researching, and recording financial data related to alternative assets in the financial investment industry. Specifically, data relating to investors, fund managers and funds, and deals & transactions across Private Credit, Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate asset classes.

We provide ongoing training and support to help you develop expertise in data research and analysis of finance, real estate and infrastructure markets

As a Data Research Analyst, you will also actively participate the development of data capture and processing workflow through input into new tooling development, testing, and collaborative sessions with other stakeholders and teams.

You will develop your understanding of the data domain and data collection methodologies to efficiently gather and process precise information and engage with senior market practitioners to validate data accuracy where necessary.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct research using various sources and methods to gather and maintain data for With Intelligence’s proprietary database of investors, funds and managers, and deals.

• Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the quality and scalability of the database.

• Assist in preparing reports, presentation materials, and other research-driven projects to support business needs.

• Build a deep understanding of the company’s solutions, methodologies and the industry, while continuously developing your knowledge and skills.

• Contribute to team discussions and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals.

• Work closely with team members to achieve shared goals and ensure alignment with the company’s strategy.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven ability to articulate complex research clearly and succinctly to international colleagues. Fluency in additional languages desirable

• You can express ideas clearly, write effectively, and collaborate productively with team members.

• Previous experience in research, consulting, data analysis or related fields.

• Excellent online research skills, including expertise in keyword searching and exclusion techniques in online search engines.

• Strong numerical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

• Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field an advantage
