Chief Clinical Officer - Pharmacy STL

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Clinical Officer to lead and execute clinical strategies aimed at improving access to pharmacy care and health outcomes in underserved communities. This role will oversee the delivery of telehealth services, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and standards of care, while collaborating with the executive team to integrate clinical operations with overall organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement clinical strategies that enhance access to pharmacy care and improve health outcomes in underserved communities.
• Supervise the provision of telehealth services, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, CMS regulations, and standards of care.
• Partner with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to align clinical operations with the organization's overarching goals.
• Act as the principal clinical advisor to the executive team and the advisory board.
• Create and uphold clinical guidelines, protocols, and best practices for managing chronic diseases, promoting medication adherence, and delivering mental health services.
• Manage and supervise a remote team of MTM pharmacist.

Essential Skills

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• MBA or MHA OR equivalent director level experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical leadership roles, preferably in telehealth, pharmacy services, or hospital systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $210000.00/yr.
