At Maimonides every nurse is a leader of patient care, dedicated to clinical excellence in every facet of their nursing practice. We are currently seeking an RN Assistant Nurse Manager in our Emergency Department. We require: - BSN; MSN
- 3- 5 years Emergency Department experience
- ACLS & PALS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (Charge Nurse or Team Leader)
- Team oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and written/verbal communication skills
- Skilled in validation assessments, competency assessments and orientation overview
We prefer: - CEN/CPEN
- Current competency in Adult and Pediatric emergency care including triage, resuscitation, and CDU
