Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager must work well under pressure, have previous restaurant management experience, and be excited to join a team to not only maintain our standards of quality and guest satisfaction but will propel our brand and our business to new heights. This position is accountable for the store’s performance and requires strong organizational and communication skills to drive our commitment to excellent guest service and high-quality dining with the supervision of the General Manager. Overall responsibilities include team leadership and motivation, assisting with financial management, guest satisfaction, and additional administrative tasks.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Shifts may start as early as 8:00 AM and finish as late as 11:30 PM.
• Flexibility is essential, as restaurant hours may extend beyond this timeframe when needed.
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Hospitality Management/ Culinary Degree (preferred, not mandatory)
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume, full service, upscale restaurant
• Must possess solid financial acumen and experience with P&Ls
• Passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
• Resilient in stressful situations and always able to handle last minute requests.
• Passion for service standards, clean work habits with a great attention to detail
• A natural leader that is also a team player and has a positive influence on employee morale
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while always maintaining a sense of humor and appearing calm
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have strong computer skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
